Overview of ISW Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
ISW horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pumps belong to clear water pumps, which are used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire fighting pressurization, long-distance transportation, heating and cooling refrigeration circulation, warm and cold water circulation pressurization in bathrooms and other scenarios, as well as equipment matching, with a service temperature not higher than 80℃.
ISW type horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pumps are developed and designed based on the international ISO2858 standard and hydraulic models, referring to relevant international standards, and have become a replacement product for SG series pipeline pumps. Lansheng Pump Industry specializes in producing various pipeline pumps. The technical standards, performance parameters, test methods and so on adopted by ISW type horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pumps effectively adopt the ISO international standards related to IS type centrifugal pumps, and have basically the same performance parameters as IS type centrifugal pumps, with their performance indicators meeting the design requirements.
Working Conditions of Horizontal Single-stage Centrifugal Pumps
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, please put forward a separate requirement when placing an order, so that the flow-passing parts and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please indicate it when placing an order, so that the factory can adopt wear-resistant mechanical seals.
